Sam Bradbury MSc, is the co-owner of PT & Nutrition Education and Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Sciences. With over 10 years’ experience working in the Sports Science Sector, Sam has worked with a plethora of amateur and professional athletes and occupied roles such as the Lead Sports Scientist, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and Performance Nutritionist on Heavyweight World Title bouts, UFC bouts and on a consultancy basis with professional football clubs. Sam has a passion for combat sports and has worked with over 20 professional fighters in Boxing, Muay Thai and Mixed Martial Arts designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs alongside his PhD research for making-the-weight safely with preserved function of cell metabolism during exercise performance.
